Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to lead our SEO strategy, drive organic growth, and oversee all SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to manage projects, guide junior team members, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:1. SEO Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly SEO roadmaps.
  • Perform in-depth competitor and market analysis.

2. On-Page Optimization

  • Lead keyword research, mapping, and content optimization strategies.
  • Improve website architecture, crawl depth, and internal linking.
  • Optimize meta tags, headers, schema markup, and keyword placement.
  • Ensure high-quality, search-intent–focused content across the website.

3. Off-Page Optimization

  • Create and execute high-authority link-building strategies.
  • Manage outreach campaigns & build strong backlink profiles.
  • Monitor toxic links and take corrective actions.

4. Technical SEO

  • Conduct advanced technical audits and fix issues related to indexing, speed, mobile, and core web vitals.
  • Work closely with developers to implement technical improvements.
  • Optimize website performance, schema, sitemap, , and server-related SEO.

5. Content Strategy

  • Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and website content.
  • Plan content calendars based on keyword insights and trends.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and CTR.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly SEO reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

7. Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Guide and mentor junior SEO executives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, design, and development teams.
  • Lead SEO discussions in internal meetings and propose new ideas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,442.57 per month
