We're hiring a
Founding Full-Stack Engineer
to co-create the core technology—fast, clean, and reliable. This is not "build tickets." This is
own the product end-to-end
and set the standard for the next 10 engineers.

Why this role

  • You'll ship the
    Family Health OS
    (care plans, longitudinal records, alerts, scheduling, payments, caregiver app).
  • You'll power
    real-time biomarker tracking
    , strength-session telemetry, and member adherence nudges.
  • You'll build the rails for our
    clinic/hospital operations
    : intake → triage → workflows → audits → outcomes.
  • You'll directly see your code improve a parent's strength, safety, and independence.

What you'll do

  • Own features end-to-end: product discussion → design → backend APIs → frontend → infra → metrics.
  • Build core modules: scheduling, care-team coordination, case notes, outcomes dashboards, payments, messaging.
  • Integrate with labs/diagnostics, EHR-like data models, device/IoT inputs (glucometers, wearables) where relevant.
  • Establish engineering rigor: testing pyramid, observability, incident playbooks, migrations, security baselines.
  • Move from zero-to-one quickly; refactor to "right-sized" architectures without gold-plating.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Have
    4+ years
    building and shipping production software (0→1 preferred).
  • Are comfortable across
    architecture, backend, and frontend.
  • Care about
    craft + speed
    : small PRs, tight feedback loops, clean interfaces, strong tests.
  • Communicate crisply, push for clarity, and take end-to-end ownership.
  • Want your work to
    change real lives
    , not just dashboards.

Nice-to-have

  • Healthcare data models, EHR/EMR, HL7/FHIR familiarity; privacy/security for PHI/PII.
  • Scheduling/dispatch systems, marketplace ops, multi-tenant admin consoles.
  • Analytics engineering, cohort/outcomes modeling, experimentation frameworks.
  • Mobile experience (React Native) and/or basic ML integration experience.
