DTP Operator

We are looking for a skilled DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to join our school's administrative and creative team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and formatting school documents, newsletters, reports, certificates, brochures, and other publications, ensuring a professional and appealing presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Format question papers, report cards, and certificates.
• Create banners, posters, and notices for school events and functions.
• Handle typesetting, page layout, and printing coordination.
• Ensure accuracy in spelling, formatting, and content layout.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrative staff for timely completion of design materials.
• Maintain a digital archive of all school publications and documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a DTP Operator or Graphic Designer (preferably in an educational institution).
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, MS Office, PageMaker, and InDesign.
• Good typing speed (English/Telugu/Hindi as required).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum Intermediate / Diploma / Graduation with DTP training or relevant experience.

Salary:

• Negotiable based on experience and skill level.
