We are seeking AI Image Quality Experts to rigorously evaluate images generated by state-of-the-art AI models. Your insights will directly help improve how AI understands prompts, aesthetics, realism, and cultural accuracy in visual outputs.

Compensation: Industry-best, aligned with skills and experience

Your Role

  1. Evaluate AI-generated images for accuracy, realism, and alignment with prompts

  2. Identify visual errors and inconsistencies, such as:

  3. Anatomical distortions

  4. Incorrect lighting, shadows, or perspective
  5. Artifacting, pixelation, or rendering errors

  6. Misrepresentation of cultural, symbolic, or stylistic details

  7. Document evaluations in a clear, structured format for research and engineering teams

  8. Suggest improvements to image datasets, prompt design, and evaluation frameworks

  9. Collaborate with a global team shaping next-generation visual AI models

Who Should Apply?

  • Bachelors degree (any discipline, preferably with exposure to design, arts, media, or computer science)
  • Eye for detail and ability to distinguish subtle differences in image quality
  • Experience evaluating or working with AI image generation tools is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable working independently with AI tools and evaluation frameworks
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
