Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Data Engineer
with expertise in
data visualization and WERCS COTS software
. The candidate will work on integrating data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and building dashboards using
Snowflake and Spotfire
. Experience in pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with SDLC under GxP regulations is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor WERCS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build data visualizations and dashboards using Snowflake & Spotfire.
  • Perform software development and database management (SQL) for WERCS and internal databases.
  • Integrate systems and data using APIs and Data Transfer Engine (DTE).
  • Lead technical representation and assist stakeholders to meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Support maintenance of internal databases, websites, customs data, and external WERCS portal for product registration.
  • Ensure alignment with pharmaceutical regulations and SDLC under GxP.

Primary Skills

  • Hands-on experience with WERCS COTS software and its functionalities
  • Strong SQL and DBMS skills
  • Expertise in API integration and DTE interface
  • Experience with Snowflake and Spotfire for data visualization
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GHS, DG, TSCA, OSHA, EPA, EU REACH, ECHA)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences industry
  • Familiarity with SDLC under GxP regulations
