About the Role

We're hiring a creative, energetic intern who can
shoot videos, edit them, plan content, and manage Instagram + YouTube
for a kid's personal brand. You must understand
how Instagram and YouTube algorithms work
, what type of content grows fast, and how to package videos for engagement.

Your job is simple:

Create great content → Grow the channel consistently.

What You'll Do
Content Creation

  • Shoot high-quality videos (shorts + long-form) using mobile or camera.
  • Capture candid moments, storytelling clips, lifestyle videos, and niche-based content.
  • Edit reels, shorts, thumbnails, and long videos.
  • Add transitions, captions, effects, and trending music.

Content Strategy

  • Plan monthly content calendars.
  • Identify trending topics, reels formats, hooks, and viral themes.
  • Suggest ideas to highlight the kid's talent, personality, and niche.
  • Optimize videos for retention and engagement.

Social Media Management

  • Handle YouTube, Instagram posting schedules.
  • Write captions, titles, hashtags, and thumbnails.
  • Track analytics (views, retention, CTR, engagement).
  • Respond to comments, monitor DMs, manage basic community engagement.

Growth & Optimization

  • Understand IG/YouTube algorithms and apply best practices.
  • Test various formats (vlogs, reels, challenges, stories, shorts, etc.).
  • Improve reach using SEO, hashtags, and trend timing.
  • Suggest collaborations, reels ideas, and brand-building strategies.

Requirements

  • Basic experience with shooting + editing (mobile editing apps or Premiere/CapCut).
  • Understanding of Instagram & YouTube growth mechanics.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and aesthetic sense.
  • Ability to work consistently and deliver content on time.
  • Good communication skills and responsibility.

Good to Have

  • Previously managed IG/YT accounts.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO for YouTube.
  • Experience creating thumbnails.
  • Comfortable shooting kids' content respectfully and creatively.
