  • Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

  • Assist in preparing invoices and processing payments.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

  • Support monthly and annual closing processes.

  • Maintain organized records of bills, receipts, and vouchers.

  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups.

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.

  • Basic understanding of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
