  • Partner with business unit heads, HR, and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and align with organizational goals.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

5. Industry Trends & Innovation:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in soft skills and behavioral training.
  • Incorporate innovative techniques to ensure programs remain impactful and engaging.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) preferred.
