About The Team
The Information Technology team at Rubrik influences business processes, employee experience, and technologies to scale our organization to $1B+. This team creates operational efficiency across the company by centralizing the management of Infrastructure, Technology, and Data. The IT team ensures all stages of the software development lifecycle in a secured environment and scrutinizes the deployment of proper processes along with governance. They champion Rubrik on Rubrik and are the first customers of the Engineering teams at Rubrik.

Rubrik Corp IT is constructed of 100% SaaS and 0% on-premises. The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple day-to-day business processes through our varied SaaS applications like , Oracle Netsuite, Workday, Snowflake, Etrade, jitterbit, Allocadia, etc. This team also delivers high-paced business outcomes with 100% system uptime backed by agile, nimble, simple, but cohesive Cloud architectures.

What You'll Do

• Development and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Support day-to-day development tasks including bug fixes, small enhancements, and configuration changes.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with business analysts and senior developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Write unit tests to ensure code quality and coverage
• Work on integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Help document technical processes and application logic for knowledge sharing
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform features and releases

Experience You'll Need

• 2 plus years of experience in Salesforce development
• Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce object model
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (preferred)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or actively pursuing)
• Experience with tools like Git, VS Code, Workbench, or Postman
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
