Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Freelance Recruiters / Campus Recruiters to support our hiring needs. This is a remote opportunity with flexible working hours and an attractive payout structure based on performance.

You will be responsible for sourcing and building a strong candidate database, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interview processes. If you are passionate about recruitment and want to work independently with great earning potential we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates using social media, LinkedIn, referrals, college networks, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong and updated database of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic screening of candidates and shortlist them as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Engage with colleges for campus hiring if needed.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

  • No Naukri or paid job portal access required we will guide you on alternative sourcing methods.
  • Experience in recruitment is a plus but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
  • Good networking and research skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
