Account Executive

Job Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, preparing invoices, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with reconciliations. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper posting to ledgers.
- Prepare and post journal entries for expenses, revenue, accruals, and adjustments.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Generate and process invoices, bills, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files (manual and electronic).
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations regularly.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure data entry accuracy in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books, etc.).
- Support preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial documentation and payment follow-ups.
- Assist the finance team in audits and compliance-related work.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
