Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior AI Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to apply machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques to solve real-world problems, enhance products, and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and solutions.
Lead and mentor junior AI developers and data scientists.
Translate business problems into AI use cases and implement suitable solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality data pipelines and infrastructure.
Conduct research to identify and apply state-of-the-art AI methodologies.
Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Integrate AI models into production environments, APIs, and services.
Stay updated with the latest AI trends, frameworks, and research.
Ensure AI solutions are ethically aligned and comply with relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), R, or Java.
Proficient with ML frameworks/libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, generative models, or reinforcement learning.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
Experience deploying models to production (Docker, REST APIs, Kubernetes, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Kubeflow, etc.).
Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in academic journals.
Experience in edge AI, LLMs (Large Language Models), or generative AI technologies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
