Nature of Experience:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on hiring for Automotive Embedded Systems roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, building strong pipelines, and hiring top engineering talent in embedded software, ADAS, ECU development, and related automotive domains.

Role and Responsibilities:

The role holder will be responsible for handling the following:

  • Understand hiring needs from engineering stakeholders for automotive embedded roles.
  • Create and post job descriptions for embedded software, hardware, systems engineering, and related positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess technical fit (with support from engineering, if needed).
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and updates.
  • Maintain and track recruitment data in ATS or Excel dashboards.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business heads for workforce planning and talent mapping.
  • Stay updated with market trends in automotive embedded talent.
  • Strong understanding of automotive embedded technologies: C/C++, CAN, UDS, ADAS, ECU, MATLAB, Simulink, etc.
  • Good negotiation and offer closing experience
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
