Profile Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative WordPress developer to expand our team to design and implement visually appealing and functional websites who will be responsible for handling both backend and frontend development, including WordPress theme , plugin implementation, site integration, and security updates.

As a dedicated developer your contribution will improve the efficiency of the product and help increase customer experience and satisfaction.

Experience required : 4+ years

Responsibility:

Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins

Ensure site security and performance optimization

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to meet project goals

Programming Knowledge:

Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL

Expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and REST API integration

Knowledge of Caching, Performance Optimization, and Responsive Design

Tools:

Visual Studio Code

XAMPP (or similar local development environments)

GitHub for version control

Chrome DevTools, Clarity for debugging and analysis

Industry Knowledge:

WordPress Core Updates and compliance

Security Awareness, ensuring secure development

Familiarity with Google Algorithm Updates

SEO Knowledge:

Strong in Technical SEO and solving SEO issues

Proficient with Yoast SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console

Skills:

Advanced knowledge of WordPress architecture, plugin/theme development

Proficient in browser compatibility testing

Strong focus on performance optimization

Team Leadership:

Communication: Clear, effective communication with stakeholders

Conflict Resolution: Managing team dynamics and resolving issues

Team Motivation: Driving teams to meet deadlines and project goals

Monitoring & Reporting:

Progress Tracking: Using tools like Gantt charts, burn-down charts

Reporting: Providing regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership
