Social Media Coordinator
to support our Content Strategist and help manage our daily content flow. This is an exciting in-office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our content strategy, including:
- Daily Content Execution:
Execute the precise publishing schedule across all social platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn), ensuring every post maintains the highest standard of brand aesthetic, quality, and luxury positioning. - Copywriting Support:
Draft and refine engaging, on-brand captions and supporting copy for social media and ad campaigns, ensuring voice consistency. - Performance Media Support:
Assist the Strategist in organising and prepping content assets (formatting, naming, tagging) for effective deployment in paid advertising campaigns. - Content Calendar Management:
Meticulously manage the editorial and social calendars, proactively tracking timelines and anticipating asset needs to ensure flawless delivery. - External Partner Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison with external video editors, designers, and agencies, coordinating asset exchange and ensuring all specifications and deadlines are met. - Email & Newsletter Execution:
Own the creation, formatting and scheduling of premium email newsletters and campaigns focused on the collection and brand narratives. - Asset Management:
Maintain and organise the digital content library, ensuring all high-resolution assets are cataloged and easily accessible. - Cross-Functional Support:
As part of a lean organisation, be prepared to embrace diverse marketing and administrative tasks outside core content responsibilities as needed to achieve team objectives.
WHO YOU ARE:
This is a junior position, and we value eagerness to learn and organizational skills over extensive experience.
- Luxury/Fashion Foundation (Required):
Demonstrated interest in, or 0-1 years of professional/academic experience within, the
fashion, luxury, or footwear industries
. - Performance Marketing Acumen:
Genuine interest in understanding how content drives commercial results, including exposure to
paid social and performance marketing metrics. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent proven digital experience). - Writing Proficiency:
Exceptional grammar and writing skills, with the ability to articulate a sophisticated brand voice across various digital formats. - High Initiative and Adaptability:
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to manage complexity and assist with varied tasks as priorities evolve. - Technical Skills & Familiarity:
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and design/productivity software like
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (basic), and G Suite. - Attention to Detail:
Meticulous organisational habits are essential for managing content flow in a luxury environment.
