Job Title: QA & Software Tester Intern

Role Overview

As a QA & Software Tester Intern, you will be trained to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. You will gain hands-on experience by working on live projects and collaborating with our development and QA teams. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals passionate about delivering bug-free, user-friendly software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in writing and executing test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on live projects.
  • Identify, record, and track bugs using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Help in preparing testing documentation and reports.
  • Learn and apply QA best practices under mentor guidance.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).
  • Familiarity with manual testing concepts (knowledge of automation is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Final-year student / recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
