Key Responsibilities

  • Plan daily dispatch routes & schedules for dairy products.
  • Coordinate with production & warehouse to ensure timely order readiness.
  • Track deliveries and maintain cold chain standards.
  • Handle documentation: challans, invoices, inventory updates.
  • Liaise with riders/drivers and customers; resolve delivery issues.
  • When no rider is available on a route: reassign from nearby route or use backup/temp rider; inform customer of delay.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good organizational & communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Prior experience in logistics / dairy or perishable goods preferred.
  • Able to work early mornings or night shifts as needed.
