Role Overview:

As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a critical role in generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into successful sales. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong communication, analytical, and sales skills who thrives in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, digital campaigns, events, etc.).

Convert leads into opportunities and drive them through the sales cycle to closure.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.

Track sales metrics, report performance, and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (IT/Tech industry preferred).

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel.
