Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to market products/services effectively across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors.
  • Present product demonstrations, proposals, and negotiate deals.
  • Implement marketing campaigns through digital and offline channels.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and conversion skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer behavior

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing
