At Cloudflare, we're committed to delivering a seamless and accurate payroll experience to our global workforce. As our company grows, we are expanding our international payroll capabilities and are looking for a Associate Payroll Analyst for the EMEA region.

About The Role
We're looking for a Associate Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations across our EMEA region. In this role, you'll work closely with payroll vendors and internal teams to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. You'll be hands-on with data reviews, reconciliations, and compliance checks, while helping us improve processes and deliver a great payroll experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist with end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries.
• Review vendor reports, payroll inputs, and employee data for accuracy.
• Support monthly reconciliations, audits, and compliance checks.
• Partner with HR, Accounting, and Benefits teams on payroll-related matters.
• Respond to employee payroll questions with clear and timely communication.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of payroll experience, preferably covering multiple EMEA countries.
• Good understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience with EMEA payroll operations is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support scalable and compliant payroll operations in a fast-paced environment.
