PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES

  • Basic knowledge of finance with an understanding of processes' financial impact and related financial transactions.
  • Strong knowledge on Order to Cash processes like Customer Master Data setup, Order, AR, Billing, Cashapplication, Vendor payments etc.
  • Be thoughtful, thorough and disciplined to provide best-in-class service to customers
  • Take personal ownership in the service delivered with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and apply basic critical thinking and problem-solving techniques in creating statistical summaries and graphical representations of business data.
  • Insight in identifying risks, resolving potential issues, and escalating when necessary
  • Digital mindset with an understanding of external trends and impacts on customer service.

Anticipate stakeholder needs

  • Support business line in resolving operational, commercial or contractual issues, as applicable
  • Monitor, follow up, and coordinate the resolution of risks and client-facing issues in a timely manner (e.g, and MAP and rebates verification)
  • Enforcing the customer/client agreements
  • Creating Accounts/Orders/Invoices/mange disputes etc. in SAP
  • Publishing quarterly/monthly/daily reports of volume/payments
  • Preparing Stewardership and storing/interfacing with tableau dashboard.
