We are seeking a results-driven Oracle Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset for marketing automation and campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage automated marketing programs and email campaigns using Oracle Eloqua
  • Create dynamic content, segmentation logic, and lead nurturing workflows aligned with campaign objectives
  • Manage campaign assets including forms, landing pages, email templates, and automation rules
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure proper integration between Eloqua and Oracle Fusion systems
  • Maintain data accuracy, compliance with privacy regulations and lead scoring models
  • Generate dashboards and reports to present insights and recommendations
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns through testing and performance feedback loops
  • Ensure best practices for deliverability, sender reputation, and email compliance
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to gather requirements and document system configurations
  • Attend project meetings and contribute to discussions with support from mentors and senior team members

Must Have:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation and marketing funnel optimization
