We are looking for a reliable and experienced Link Building & Outreach Specialist to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis.

We work with a range of local businesses such as law firms, physiotherapy and chiropractic clinics, med spas, garage door companies, restoration services, and other local service providers — so you must be skilled in acquiring high-quality, relevant backlinks that drive real SEO results.

What We're Looking For

  • A self-motivated individual who can manage end-to-end link-building operations — from prospecting to outreach, content coordination, and publishing.
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality backlinks each month across multiple clients in the Health, Home, and Legal niches.
  • Experience securing Guest Posts, Niche Edits, Editorial Placements, and Local Links relevant to each client's niche and location.

Your Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-quality, relevant placement opportunities (no pre-made databases).
  • Conduct outreach, negotiate placements, and create content or coordinate with content writers.
  • Share placement options for client approval.
  • Manage the full process — from outreach to publishing — ensuring timely delivery of all live links.
  • We cover publishing fees directly with webmasters (via PayPal).

We are strictly looking for real, relevant, and editorial-quality placements — no PBNs, link farms, or low-quality directories.
