Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and common software applications.
  • Help manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and IT procedures in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or appropriate teams.
  • Assist with routine IT tasks such as software updates, backups, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with users.
  • Support IT projects and contribute ideas for improving IT services.
