Job Summary:

SM3 Trading are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth financial reporting for our company. The ideal candidate should have experience using Vyapar or similar accounting software, and be able to handle bookkeeping, invoicing, and GST-related work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Record daily financial transactions in Vyapar and ensure all entries are up to date.
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and payment tracking for vendors and customers.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly statements, ledgers, and balance sheets.
  • Oversee GST input/output reconciliation and assist with filings.
  • Track cash flow, petty cash, and expenses regularly.
  • Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
  • Coordinate with auditors and support compliance requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory-related accounting.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Vyapar or similar accounting software.
  • Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and financial documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
