Role Description

The Area Head will oversee operations across multiple outlets to ensure operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring store managers, driving sales performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. They will monitor inventory, coordinate marketing initiatives, and address operational challenges promptly. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shivamogga, Udupi, and Manipal.

Qualifications

  • Experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring staff to achieve business goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail for overseeing multiple outlets.
  • Knowledge of customer service, sales strategies, and retail operations to deliver superior experiences.
  • Ability to analyze data, manage inventory, and implement operational improvements.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to address both customer and operational issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a retail, food & beverage, or hospitality sector is advantageous.
