We're looking for an early-stage graphic designer and PowerPoint production professional to work with our team on marketing, including producing PPTs and other collateral documents. The position requires a visual brand guide, adhering to brand guidelines (visual and verbal) and working closely with our graphic designers and outside design firm. This team member will be on point to deliver content per our specifications with quick turnaround projects. The candidate will work with teams and stakeholders in the marketing department producing identity marketing - digital marketing materials, marketing for sales, corporate communications and product marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing content for client presentation
  • Assist with preparing content to load to our website
  • Work with team to follow a review process to ensure high quality materials are returned to the business
  • Work with the team to follow a universal storage and working files database
  • Use marketing templates to develop materials consistently.
  • Expand knowledge and competencies through training and research
  • Support the Marketing practice with additional projects as needed

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or communications
  • High level of knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of full Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Video editing or production working knowledge a plus
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, business communications, and social media marketing a plus
  • Developed design sensibility
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work remotely with a global team, communicating effectively and managing time to meet deadlines
  • Solid work ethic, integrity, and reliability
