Recruiter Specialist

Role & responsibilities

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from identifying staffing needs and sourcing qualified candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating offers. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and experience using modern recruitment tools.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during hiring processes
