Qualification: BCA / MCA / B.E. / B.Tech (IT / CSE) / M.Sc (CS)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Leader to head the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise-wide network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will not only be a technical expert in Cisco, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN but will also lead a team, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure network security, performance, and reliability across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Network Strategy & Leadership: Lead enterprise network operations, mentor teams, and define best practices.

Architecture & Design: Oversee Cisco VPC, ASA Firewalls, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DMVPN, multi-WAN connectivity, SFP+/QSFP+.

Security & Compliance: Manage firewall rules, NAT, site-to-site VPNs, Firepower Management Console, and Zscaler.

Performance & Reliability: Drive proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and network optimization.

Incident Management: Own P1 escalations and resolve complex issues (Routing, Switching, Riverbed, F5, Aruba Wireless/SD-WAN, Cisco Wireless).

Business Continuity: Establish DR strategies, backups, and failover systems.

Documentation & Governance: Maintain updated diagrams, SOPs, and audit-compliant documentation.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership, IT, and vendors to align network strategy with business goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

812 years of progressive experience in enterprise network design, security & administration.

Strong expertise in Cisco networking, Firewalls, Routing & Switching, VPNs, and SD-WAN.

Proven experience in leading teams, escalations & vendor management.

Hands-on with network monitoring tools & escalation methodologies.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Certifications: CCNP / CCIE / MCSA (preferred).

Prior experience with large-scale IT projects and multi-site networks.
