Quality Analyst-Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct F&A audits for AR/AP processes (invoices, payments, reconciliations, collections, dispute management).
  • Ensure compliance with finance and accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Perform quality checks, transaction reviews, and process evaluations to identify errors and risks.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain audit reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers for management.
  • Support internal/external audits, SOX compliance, and corporate governance.

Required Skills:

  • Any Graduate
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as Quality Analyst in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable or any international BPO
  • Strong knowledge of finance audits, process compliance, AR/AP workflows.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS) and exposure to ERP (SAP/Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shift (6 PM 3 AM).
