Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Payroll Specialist located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Payroll Specialist will handle the end-to-end payroll process, including accurately processing employee salaries, managing payroll taxes, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries and managing and maintaining day to day and project based finances . Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, processing garnishments, and maintaining payroll records. The role requires close collaboration with the HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations and timely disbursements.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Payroll Administration, including the setup, maintenance, and management of payroll systems.
  • Experience in Payroll Processing and handling Payroll Services with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Garnishments and compliance requirements related to payroll deductions.
  • Understanding of Payroll Taxes, including local tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Tracking and managing day to day and project based expenses
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
