Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in
    risk advisory services

  • Assist in planning and executing
    internal audit engagements
  • Perform
    risk assessments, process walkthroughs, control testing and preparing risk and control matrices
  • Identify and report
    process inefficiencies, control gaps, and compliance issues
  • Draft and review
    audit work papers, observations, and reports
  • Support
    SOP reviews, compliance audits, and risk advisory assignments
  • Collaborate with clients to understand
    business processes and internal controls
  • Work with team members to ensure
    timely and high-quality deliverables

Eligibility

  • Qualified CAs
    with
    6 months to 2 years of post qualification experience
    in
    Internal Audit
  • Strong interest in
    Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, and Consulting
  • Understanding of
    accounting, auditing, and compliance frameworks
  • Willingness to work from
    Bangalore or Chennai offices
  • Should be good with
    MS Excel
    ,
    MS Word
    and
    MS PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of
    ERP
    like
    SAP
    ,
    Oracle
    , etc. will be an added advantage
  • Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
