Seeking a Business Support Processor (Contract) to assist in project execution and handle increased operational volume. The role involves maintaining service quality, meeting client expectations, and ensuring smooth business continuity in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily business operations and project activities.
- Manage high-volume data and documentation accurately.
- Ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs.
- Prepare operational reports and performance trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely task completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, project support, or data processing (preferably banking/financial services).
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
