Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and manage guest experiences from check-in to check-out
Supervise housekeeping and ensure the property is always guest-ready
Handle booking coordination across online and offline platforms
Manage vendor relationships and day-to-day operational logistics
Oversee basic bookkeeping and daily reporting
Support marketing efforts to promote Emville Homestay
Maintain a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Strong command of English and knowledge of local languages
Comfortable with technology and digital platforms (e.g., booking tools, messaging apps)
Proven experience in supervisory or management roles
Certifications in hospitality management are preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (commensurate with experience)
Accommodation and meals provided on-site
