Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.

Generate leads through various marketing channels and actively follow up with potential clients.

Handle client enquiries, arrange site visits, and provide detailed information about the property/project.

Understand clients requirements and suggest suitable properties to meet their needs.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline reports.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in civil engineering
  • 3 to 12 years of sales experience in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local property market and real estate trends.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct site visits.
