  • Develop containerised deployments to improve how 'Instant Environments' cloud service runs. Make sure it operates smoothly on different Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS, Azure AKS, Google GKE, Redhat OpenShift) and reduce repetitive work with automation. 
  • Create and preserve cloud-native infrastructure features (load balancers, networks, storage, etc.) to support applications running on Kubernetes. Employ Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to automate and control infrastructure provisioning and configuration. 
  • Implement GitOps strategies via ArgoCD to regulate deployments and configuration modifications, maintaining uniformity between projected and actual states. 
  • Deploy advanced monitoring, logging, and alert systems to evaluate platform health and functionality. Resolve issues promptly and leverage SRE practices to bolster reliability and robustness. 
  • Create automation tools and scripts (with Python, Groovy, Go, or other coding languages) to help automate tasks, speed up workflows, and reduce complexities. 
  • Create and uphold high-level protection strategies for Kubernetes and cloud environments, adhering to industry guidelines and safeguarding data. 
  • Evaluate resource allocation and deploy enhancement strategies to improve functionality while minimizing expenses. 
  The Person
  • 1-4 years of experience working with Kubernetes and Helm in large-scale production environments. Deep understanding of cluster operations, networking, storage, and security within Kubernetes. 
  • Proven experience implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and managing infrastructure using Terraform. 
  • Over 2 years of experience with Python web applications and practical knowledge of Python. 
  • Proficient in designing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo and Jenkins, and excellent scripting skills in Python and Bash. 
  • Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Groovy, Java) for automation, scripting, and tool development. 
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in complex cloud environments. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with development, operations, and security teams to drive cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Experience with intermediate Linux administration, relational databases, and observability tools and methodologies (logging, metrics, tracing) for highly available web services. 
  • Understanding of SOC2 Compliance and AWS / K8S Certification will be ideal
  • Proficient in English, with a track record of collaborating with international partners. React experience is advantageous.
