Job Description

Everest Ply, a reputed plywood manufacturing company, is expanding its market presence and is hiring sales professionals for dealer and distribution sales.

The role involves managing channel sales, onboarding new dealers, strengthening market presence, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage dealers, distributors & retailers in assigned region
  • Daily market visits for product promotion & order booking
  • Appointment of new dealers and expansion of distribution network
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor product visibility, branding, and competition
  • Ensure timely payment follow-up & delivery coordination
  • (ASM/Manager) Lead sales team, set targets & monitor performance

Required Skills

  • Dealer & distributor network handling
  • B2B field sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation & market understanding
  • Ability to achieve targets in competitive markets
  • Team management skills (for ASM/Manager roles)
  • Two-wheeler mandatory for executive-level roles

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Plywood, Laminates, Hardware, Building Materials, Interior Products preferred
  • Candidates with strong local area knowledge
  • Immediate joiners preferred
