Position Summary: The Business Systems Analyst 3 position is responsible for performing advanced business analysis activities within our semiconductor company. This position leads complex requirements initiatives, implements sophisticated process improvements, and resolves critical business challenges for technology solutions. The role requires comprehensive understanding of business analysis principles, advanced analytical skills, and strong project management abilities to lead business analysis functions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Requirements Engineering (35%):
• Lead complex requirements engineering initiatives
• Create comprehensive requirements management frameworks
• Implement advanced elicitation and analysis techniques

Business Process Optimization (20%):
• Lead business process optimization and transformation

Solution Architecture (15%):
• Lead business solution architecture development

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or related role
• Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis principles and practices
• Advanced experience with enterprise analysis and solution development
• Demonstrated success in business analysis leadership in a technical environment
