About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Flutter Developer
to lead the development of high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling projects independently — from client communication and technical execution to delivery and maintenance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure that all mobile projects meet performance, quality, and design standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Application Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile apps using the
  Flutter (Dart)
  framework for Android and iOS.
• Implement scalable and maintainable architectures following
  MVVM/MVC
  patterns and clean code principles.
• Integrate
  REST APIs
  ,
  Firebase
  ,
  payment gateways
  , and third-party SDKs.
• Manage state efficiently using
  Provider
  ,
  GetX
  ,
  Riverpod
  , or
  Bloc
  .
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and loading speed.

2. Project Management & Delivery

• Take ownership of projects from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Create and manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle
  App Store
  and
  Play Store
  deployments, updates, and compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and adherence to coding standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and QA to deliver bug-free applications.

3. Client Communication

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand goals, gather requirements, and define project scopes.
• Translate client needs into actionable technical tasks.
• Provide regular updates, clarify requirements, and ensure transparent communication.

4. Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless app performance.
• Review code and guide junior developers to maintain quality standards.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and process improvement initiatives.

5. Quality & Performance

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across devices and platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest
  Flutter
  updates, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Computer Science
  ,
  IT
  , or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years
  of hands-on experience in
  Flutter/Dart
  mobile development.
• Proven ability to handle full app development lifecycle independently.
• Strong understanding of
  Firebase

  REST APIs
  , and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with

  GitHub/GitLab

  CI/CD
  pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and time management skills.
