Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to provide technical and operational support for audit-related tools and applications. The role involves troubleshooting, performance optimization, process improvement, and ensuring operational excellence in tool deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve escalations, tool-related issues, and service tickets.
- Develop operational frameworks and controls to ensure data and application integrity.
- Optimize server hosting, application performance, and cost efficiency.
- Support product and application lifecycle management including testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and user support materials.
- Conduct tool demonstrations and training sessions for team members.
- Analyze tool usage and KPIs to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in audit support, risk management, or technology operations.
- Experience in application lifecycle management and software testing processes.
- Understanding of audit workflows and data-driven process improvements.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Passion for technology, process improvement, and operational excellence.
