Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will develop creative visual content to support branding, marketing, and promotional activities for the retail business. The role involves designing digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency, and creating visually appealing content that enhances customer engagement across stores and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing collaterals such as posters, product, banners, in-store branding, standees, danglers, shelf talkers, and signage.
  • Create digital assets for social media, website, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Develop product packaging, labels, and promotional creatives for retail campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to understand requirements and deliver creative outputs.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all visual communications.
  • Edit product photos, retouch images, and prepare visuals for print and digital use.
  • Adapt designs quickly for multiple sizes, formats, and platforms.
  • Maintain an organized archive of artwork and project files.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
  • Experience in retail design (preferred).
  • Ability to create eye-catching visuals for both print and digital media.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication, creativity, and time management skills.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered.
