Job Title - Deputy Manager - Project Electrical Engineer
Location - Bhogat, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities:

•  Feasibility study of power evacuation and preparation of an initial estimate for the electrical network.

•  Preparation of BOQ and technical specifications for 33 KV, EHV & PSS.

•  Survey and layout finalization for 33 KV line and EHV line, considering location availability, line length, losses, and cost-effectiveness.

•  Preparation of work order technical specifications in coordination with HO and procurement team.

•  Ensure all works are executed as per HSE and quality norms.

•  Verification and approval of technical specification, drawing, GTP for EHV line, 33 KV line, PSS, USS, and SCADA.

•  Planning, coordination, commencement, construction, and commissioning of EHV line, PSS, 33 KV line, SCADA, USS, WTG work in coordination with internal teams, contractor, WTG manufacturer, Govt. agency GEDA, GETCO, PGVCL, PGCIL, CEIG/ CEA.

•  Preparation of progress reports as per SOPs.

•  Monitoring and review of works and escalating critical issues to the Project Head for timely action.

•  Conduct monthly meetings with contractors and share reports.

•  Commissioning and HOTO to the Asset Operations team of all electrical works.
 
Skills required for the role:

•  Regulatory, Grid connectivity, and its approval process knowledge.

•  Must have mandatory experience of 5+ Years in managing construction/project execution for Electrical Balance of Plant (EBOP) at Wind energy projects 

•  Technical skills: SCADA, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Projects, BOQ, HSE, Planning 

•  Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present reports clearly.

•  Ability to work effectively with various teams and external agencies.

•  Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges.

•  High level of accuracy in planning and execution.

•  Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.

•  Reliable in completing tasks on time and meeting project deadlines.
