This role combines leadership, operational excellence, and client management to ensure the efficient fulfillment of staffing requirements while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The Delivery Lead will work closely with recruitment teams, account managers, and stakeholders to meet client needs and drive business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute delivery strategies to meet staffing requirements and client objectives.

Align staffing operations with business goals, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their IT workforce needs and provide tailored solutions. Operational ManagementManage and oversee the end-to-end staffing delivery process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.

Ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requisitions by coordinating with recruiters and account managers. Monitor performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, placement rates) and implement improvements to optimize delivery processes. Team ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment and delivery team to achieve performance targets.

Provide guidance on best practices in IT staffing and recruitment strategies. Conduct regular team performance reviews and identify areas for development and training. Client EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staffing delivery-related matters.

Proactively address client concerns and provide solutions to meet their changing workforce demands. Build long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals. Market ExpertiseStay updated on trends in the IT industry and staffing landscape to provide insights and strategic guidance.

Understand client business environments and anticipate future staffing needs. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to expand service offerings and client base. Compliance and ReportingEnsure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in staffing operations.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on delivery metrics, team performance, and client satisfaction. Develop and enforce policies to ensure operational consistency and efficiency. QualificationsEducational BackgroundBachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications in HR, recruitment, or IT (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) are a plus. Experience7+ years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing high-volume staffing projects in the US market.
