Job Description

We're looking for a Creative Motion Designer who can transform ideas into captivating moving visuals. You'll design, animate, and collaborate closely with our videographers, editors, and designers to bring brand narratives to life across explainer videos, product showcases, brand reels, and social media content.

What You'll Do

● Create storyboards, develop visual concepts, and contribute to content ideation.

● Design and animate smooth, high-quality motion graphics retention editing for explainer videos, product videos, and brand reels.

● Collaborate with videographers and the creative team to ensure seamless storytelling.

● Edit and manipulate film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.

● Review shooting scripts and raw footage to create shot decision lists for continuity and flow.

● Transform static assets into dynamic animated content.

● Ensure visual style, quality, and messaging are consistent across all video outputs.

● Consult with stakeholders throughout the production and post-production process.

● Stay updated with motion design trends and animation tools.

● Continuously explore new editing technologies and best practices to maximize efficiency.

What We're Looking For

● Experience: 1+ years in motion design or animation.

● Education: Any (we value skill and creativity over formal credentials).

● Softwares:

● Adobe After Effects

● DaVinci Resolve ( Fusion )

● Premiere Pro

● Skills:

● 3D animation

● Kinetic typography

● Sound Design

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and animation work ( applications without a portfolio will not be considered ).

  • Passion for storytelling through motion and an eye for minimalist, impactful design.
