Job Description

We are looking for a
technically sharp and innovation-driven Senior SDET
who thrives in a fast-paced, agile development environment. The ideal candidateis someone who not onlyexecutes test automation with precision but also brings
creativethinking, builds POCs (Proofs of Concept)
, and continuously pushes boundaries to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

As aSenior SDET, you will take complete ownership of quality initiatives, drive innovation in test design,and mentor othersto elevate the overall engineering standards

  • Ǫuickly onboard and contribute to Agile sprints through both manual and automated testing.
  • Independently drive
    POCs for new tools, frameworks, or testing approaches
    and evaluate their impact.
  • Apply
    creative testing techniques
    to uncover edge cases and ensure high-quality userexperiences.
  • Design and developrobust, maintainable, andscalable test automation frameworks using Python (PyTest,Selenium).
  • Understand complex customer workflows and validate solutions accordingly.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and maintain testing infrastructure.
  • Stay ahead of the curve byevaluating emerging technologies and integrating best practices into the ǪA process.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and
    mentor other ǪA engineers
    on innovative testing strategies andautomation skills.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience as anSDET, preferably in product-based companies.
  • Proven experience in designing POCs and driving innovative ǪA solutions.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and experience with PyTest and Selenium.
  • Hands-on experience in UI and API automation for web-based applications.
