Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Support Consultant

This role involves hands-on development, troubleshooting, and optimization of integration solutions, ensuring seamless inbound/outbound data exchange via the Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and HCM Extracts.
- Automate end-to-end integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Provide technical guidance on integration best practices, patterns, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
- Support middleware server patching and Oracle Cloud maintenance activities.
- Ensure integrations remain functional during upgrades and system changes.
Create technical documentation and provide training to internal teams and end-users.
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including building integrations
- Proficiency in SOAP/REST web services, SFTP, XSLT, SQL, and FBDI file uploads.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits).
- Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, and Unix scripting.
