About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IAM / PAM Consultant who will be responsible for managing and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems. The role requires close collaboration with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure robust security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage IAM and PAM solutions to support authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle processes.
  • Secure privileged accounts through credential vaulting, session monitoring, and just-in-time access.
  • Integrate IAM/PAM solutions with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, OUD), cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Conduct user provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews.
  • Perform compliance checks, audits, and ensure adherence to standards such as GDPR, SOX, and NIST
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and compliance teams to align identity governance with business needs.
  • Proactively identify identity risks and recommend improvements.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline IAM/PAM processes.

Requirements

Must Have Skills

  • Strong expertise in IAM fundamentals (SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management).
  • Hands-on experience with PAM practices and tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.).
  • Proficiency in IAM/PAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations impacting access control (GDPR, SOX, NIST
  • Solid understanding of directory services like AD, LDAP, and OUD.
  • Experience with IAM/PAM implementations in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
