About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Python & Java Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software development. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of backend development, API design, application debugging, and scalable architecture. This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune, available as permanent employment or contract-based engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Python and Java.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization for performance and scalability.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation and version control using Git.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python and Java (Core Java + Spring/Spring Boot).
  • Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one Python framework (Flask/Django/FastAPI).
  • Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development.
  • Experience in unit testing and code quality assurance tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
