Role Overview

Stepping Skills is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and services. Your goal is to enhance brand awareness, drive high-quality traffic to our platforms, and convert leads into loyal students/clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Social Media Strategy: Design and oversee our social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging content (graphics, videos, and blogs) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Lead Generation: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to ensure a steady pipeline of leads.
  • SEO Optimization: Perform keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.
  • Market Trends: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the findings.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong grasp of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Creativity: Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for copywriting.
  • Tools: Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and basic design tools like Canva is a plus.
