Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Handle application deployments and release management across environments
- Manage and configure IIS servers and tomcat for hosting and maintaining web applications
- Monitor application performance and availability, ensuring minimal downtime
- Work with Azure DevOps pipelines for build, deployment, and release automation
- Maintain and manage MySQL databases, including backup, restore, and optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and infrastructure-related issues
- Coordinate with development and QA teams for deployment readiness and post-release validation
- Ensure system and database security, including applying updates and patches
- Document deployment procedures, system changes, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in application support and deployment operations
- Strong knowledge of IIS configuration and tomcat configuration deployment processes, and troubleshooting
- Experience in Azure pipelines and CI/CD automation
- Working knowledge of MySQL including backups, restores, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments
- Understanding of release management, system monitoring, and incident resolution
- Good communication and documentation skills with an ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
